Every human being has some vision in life, which varies from person to person according ones post towards life. My aim has been since my early childhood to achieve something in the corporate world and with this very vision Ive been planning my career. I feel that an organization Id equal to labor union after completing MBA will be an Organization, which is well established, reputed, and has backdrop for growth at a fast pace. By connection prestigious institution as admirable as love certainly brings me to the threshold of a commendable career Ive been envisaging so far.
As I have worked for almost 2yrs. I would want The best time of the day of a pull employee is spent in the theatrical role. Obviously it should provide a harmonised atmosphere where people work in complete agreement with each other. I should have the opportunity to do what I tolerate do the best and should received recognition or praise for doing good work. There should be someone at work who encourages my development and care for me as a person. My co-workers should be committed to doing quality work. I should have the materials and equipment which are essential to do my work in a right manner. I should be paid according to my work, risks that are involved in the job.




I would like to now join an organization at a managerial level and would expect my superior bosses to non treat everyone equally. each person has their own goal, different preferences etc. Its necessary for the manager to understand each employee. This can be done at time of interview by paying more attention on the words of employee like I love to do this..., My interests are in..., etc. My dream organization should be like where I can apply balance between the office and home. In my organization cheating would be specifically against the community guidelines. I should get the opportunities to square off different things.
