This brooding writing will talk about what I have engage from this defer Change of Management, and what have been changed of my thoughts, behaviours, ideas and feelings afterwards I have acquired the spic-and-span knowledge of this subject. The reason why I present this reflective writing is that I want to seduce it clear that I have already learn new knowledge from this subject, and clearly know that how my thoughts have changed.
In this reflective writing, I will introduce the feelings, thoughts, ideas and behaviours before I learn this subject and give the reflections after I learn this subject through lectures, individual activities and group activities. I will in any case introduce the new knowledges that I have learn from this subject.

Before the week two lecture, I simply thought that changes are differences. Once something has been through a process of changing, the differences are the changes. Anything could be changed and have changes, for example, before I learn English, I could not communicate with English speakers, however, after I learn English, I have the abilities and skills of talking to any English speakers. This is also called change.
After the week two lecture, I understand and learn deeper and more theoretical meaning of change.
One of the philosophies of change is that human beings is essentially fixed, reality is fixed and passive movement and change are simply appearances. Changing message attempts to fix reality. However, another philosophy of change is quite dissimilar from the above one, philosophy two supports that the reality is in a continuous state of becoming, flux and change, which could be considered as the reality is constantly changing. However, in the management changing process, there are several environmental pressures could drive changes, for example:
