Introduction
This brooding writing will talk about what I have engage from this defer Change of Management, and what have been changed of my thoughts, behaviours, ideas and feelings afterwards I have acquired the spic-and-span knowledge of this subject. The reason why I present this reflective writing is that I want to seduce it clear that I have already learn new knowledge from this subject, and clearly know that how my thoughts have changed.
In this reflective writing, I will introduce the feelings, thoughts, ideas and behaviours before I learn this subject and give the reflections after I learn this subject through lectures, individual activities and group activities. Before the week two lecture, I simply thought that changes are differences. Once something has been through a process of changing, the differences are the changes. Anything could be changed and have changes, for example, before I learn English, I could not communicate with English speakers, however, after I learn English, I have the abilities and skills of talking to any English speakers. This is also called change.
After the week two lecture, I understand and learn deeper and more theoretical meaning of change.
