These rising be and drop in patient care may agitate Faith Community to make some serious cutbacks in operating funds.
The second concern that is facing Faith Community Hospital is the employees inability to derive the policies set by the hospital. Employees are using their own personal set of religious beliefs and moral philosophy judgments to justify their actions. These beliefs are beginning to define their role in the hospital. These judgments are being made without the approval of the hospital steering staff.
