The topic I chose was juveniles and drugs, the reason for this is because drugs be victorious over the community and taking over peoples lives. I unavoidableness people to know how easy it is for a pre-teen to get access to drugs and what they will do to get it, if it core stealing from their parents , robbing a home, and at worst selling their luggage compartment for money. I see so umteen teens around my vicinity on drugs. My own 17 yr old chum is on drugs and its just depressing.
The Core issue for juveniles and drugs is that it leads not only to addiction, but, it leads to many other problems, such as the developmental of delinquent behavior, anti-social attitudes, and health-related problems. These problems not only affect the juvenile. But, it influences their family, community, and ultimately society. It as well as leads to more violent crimes and more Juveniles incarcerated.
Another issue when teens head start using substances they tend to know what theyre doing and they get sacked or pregnant at an early age. Then they fool to raise the child for 18 yrs.
I want to ensure about is why kids get turned on to drugs. How uncollectible is peer pressure these days and what the statistics are for children using drugs compared to the ones who arent? What are the best prevention techniques? I also want to learn what is the most popular drug? What is the least? What are the long term consequences? Does it cause mental problems in the long haul?
