In J.R.R. Tolkiens fantasy novel, The Hobbit, the main character is Bilbo Baggins. Bilbo Baggins is a clean, well-to-do hobbit. He lives in a comfortable, cozy hobbit-hole in The Shire, a amaze between the River Brandywine and the Far Downs.
