A instructor’s role is vast and varied on a casual basis, this may involve, coaching, encouraging, motivating, supervising, and being a disciplinarian, an organiser, and sometimes a substitute p arent.

As an IT organization trainer, I will identify my learners’ needs and abilities through lesson supply, repeated practical assessments and training. Be a keen livelihooder and motivator, whilst provide to the special needs of all the students. Record keeping, organisation and planning are essential to the development of my training courses and continued support helps me gauge whether the learner’s have learnt from the sessions.
Responsibilities
A teacher has the responsibility to prepare for each lesson, make sure they are meaningful and have clear aims and objectives. It is absolutely crucial to be a good communicator and to have the skills to encourage discussions within the schoolroom that may lead to a broader understanding of the Social tutorship arena.
