Non Legalization of miscarriage
I. Introduction:
A. Abortion should not be legalized in the United States. Women should not fork over the right to abort an unborn peasant.
1. Abortion is a goal of the fetus or unborn child while the child is still in the mothers womb.

II. Body:
A. Bio of abortion
1. When a adult female conceives a child, at that moment the fetus tissue is aliment cells.
2. Cells that are taken from a fetus prove to hand unique and different DNA as the mother.
3. This proves that the tissue of the fetus is not only living, but that it is human life and therefrom worthy of being protect.
B. Ethics
1. Abortions are immorally wrong because it deprives a child of a right to life.
2. It is also immoral to shoot a cognizant, unborn infant because it violates the principle of valuing a conscious being and human life.
3. Abortions degrade the rights of humans, moral beliefs and the United Sates Constitution a right to crap liberty and life.
C. primitive Right for Women

Constitutional rights are a freedom granted by a governments constitution to the people of its country.
2. Constitutional rights are confounded on biblical principle, to create coordinate and order within society.
3. Roe v. Wade a tyrannical Court decision that rule in favor of Roe, claiming that wave Ninth and Fourteenth Constitutional rights were infringed upon.
D. Advantages
1. A woman continues her educational and career goals.
2. Women do not have to care for a child that will never be able to become a natural and normal life.
3. Eliminate teen pregnancy, to have a second chance at life.
E. Disadvantages
