Vi skal se på historiske fortellinger av,myter og legender av helter til å se om det fines en formel på hvordan helten skal være.vi gjør det gjennom boken til Joseph campell The Hero with a kibibyte Faces.I boka han analyserer og forklare hvordan helter I århundre har blitt skrevet og psykologien som ligger bak historiene og at de kan hjelpe oss I verdagen vår.
