All new employees must attent one lesson where they get heavy information about company, work, supervision and about others things, which are cerebrate with their job. People work in Export Office or in warehouse, where they assemble and pack equipment. They work very hard, sometimes from eight in the morning to nine in the evening, but they are very proficient paid for their work. It´s good rapport with export cater but with warehouse staff is more difficult.
This firma has waste problem in warehouse, because they don´t recycle enought, but despite of this defect, I think it would be very helpful for everybody, who wants to receive some new experience, to work here for some months.
