Go For A Walk Lab

Introduction:
In the Go for a Walk science lab we measured the speeds of four different ways of moving, walking, walking backwards, skipping, and running. We figure the average times. The average walking time was 1.52 s/m, the average for walking backwards was 1.17 s/m, the average skipping time was 2.81 s/m and the average running time was 3.16 s/m.
butt:
Calculate the speeds of four different systems of moving using measurements of outmatch and time. Compare the speeds of these different methods using graphing.
Materials:
The materials that we used were a stopwatch, a student, a calculator, and a measured course.
Methods:
1.Choose which student pass oning be using which method of movement ( for each one student will be doing one method)
2.Make sure there is a recording machine, a mover, a waiter, and a timepiece
3.Position the timer and recorder at the final stage end of the course
4.Timer signals the mover to jut out and starts the stopwatch simultaneously
5.Once completed the mover becomes the recorder, the recorder becomes the timer, the timer gets in line to move
6.Repeat this cycle until all students brace performed their movement type three times
7.Wait for the categorise to finish and return to the class
8.Calculate the speed of each trial as well as a best value for each method
9.

Conclusion:

The walking backwards was the slowest method of movement, the average was 1.17 m/s, the second slowest was the walk which was 1.52 m/s, the second fast(a)est was skipping which was 2.71 m/s, and the fastest was the run at 3.3 m/s. The sky of each line depends on how fast the speed is increasing, when the speed increases the slope increases the slope increases and when the speed decreases the slope decreases. A real origination application of this physics is during the Olympics, we collect to know how many meters a sprinter runs per second. Another real world application could be any other physical race, for case the Tour...If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
