The Schindlers List In the 1993 film, The Schindlers List, the world as race knew it in the 1940s was changing rapidly. World War II had shortly begun and the Nazi party had taken their prejudice against the Judaic tidy sum to the extreme. Oskar Schindler, a powerful business man in the Nazi party, was looking for cheap labor to start his familiarity which was to make the supplies needed for the German army. Mr. Stern had caught on to this routine, and begun to forge as many work permits as he could to prevent several Jews from going to the inhumane camps. In one scene of the movie Mr. Schindler and his wife went horseback go in the hills on what seemed like a beautiful day at first, but is abruptly interrupted by the fearful round up of Jews out of the ghettos. The image of innocent people being shot and handled like dogs stuck with Oskar from that day forward. That scene is evidentiary to change of Mr. Oskars attitude toward the Jews which propels him into trying to save their lives....
